A master's degree in Design Management and a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Design. Managed a project for Google, oversaw complex installation processes for custom software, ensured their day-to-day performance, and much more.

In 2023, I took on the role of Project Manager in training. Coming from a creative background outside of technology, Welland provided me with a 12-month training program to acquire the fundamental skills needed for the tech industry.

In 2019, I collaborated with founders Lorenzo Wienecke and Juri Galkin to develop a comprehensive framework for workshops. We recognized that high school graduates often face challenges in securing their first apartment, obtaining the right insurance, understanding taxes, and managing their finances— essential skills that are not typically covered in school.

My name is Nicolas Nikuradse, a Product Designer and Project Manager originally from Germany. I spent five years in Savannah, Georgia, earning my BFA in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Afterward, I worked for a small marketing company in New York City, where I led Design Thinking workshops that motivated staff and enhanced performance. In September 2023, I joined The Welland Company as a Project Manager in training. During my time there, I improved my project planning and management skills and gained experience in processing large datasets and generating daily reports.
